All Tranches - Documentary Conditions Precedent. No Disbursement Offer, including the first Disbursement Offer, will be provided by the Bank under this Contract unless the Bank has confirmed that it has received, in form and substance satisfactory to it: (a) a certificate from the Borrower in the form of Schedule D, signed by an authorised representative of the Borrower and dated no earlier than the date falling 10 (ten) days before the Disbursement Date; and (b) A progress report in relation to the Investment in the form as set out in Part 0 of Schedule A.
