All Work Included Sample Clauses

The "All Work Included" clause defines that all tasks, services, and deliverables necessary to complete a project are covered under the agreement, even if not explicitly listed. In practice, this means the contractor or service provider is responsible for performing any work reasonably required to fulfill the project's objectives, such as obtaining permits or providing materials, regardless of whether each item is specifically mentioned. This clause ensures there are no gaps in responsibility, preventing disputes over scope and clarifying that the client will not incur additional charges for essential but unspecified work.
