Common use of ALLEGED VIOLATIONS Clause in Contracts

ALLEGED VIOLATIONS. At its discretion, the NRMP will investigate alleged violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to: 1. Failure to provide complete, timely, and accurate information during the application, interview, and matching processes; 2. Attempts to subvert or circumvent eligibility requirements or the matching process; 3. Failure to accept an appointment as required by the results of a Fellowship Match outcome; 4. Failure to engage in ethical and/or professionally responsible behavior; or 5. Any other irregular behavior or activity that occurs in connection with registration, the submission or modification of a rank order list, and/or the applicant’s commitment to honor the Match outcome.
