Allergic Reaction Sample Clauses

The 'Allergic Reaction' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures in the event that an individual experiences an allergic reaction related to the subject matter of the agreement, such as the use of certain products or services. Typically, this clause outlines the steps to be taken if an allergic reaction occurs, which may include immediate notification, provision of medical assistance, or limitations of liability for the provider. Its core practical function is to clarify the parties' obligations and manage risk by establishing clear protocols and boundaries regarding allergic reactions, thereby reducing potential disputes and ensuring safety.
