ALLOCATING PRICE CATEGORIES AND PRICE OPTIONS TO ICPS Sample Clauses
This clause defines how different price categories and pricing options are assigned to individual connection points (ICPs) within a contract or agreement. In practice, it specifies which ICPs are subject to particular rates or pricing structures, such as peak/off-peak rates or fixed/variable pricing, and outlines the process for making these assignments. The core function of this clause is to ensure that each ICP is billed appropriately according to its designated price category, thereby providing clarity and preventing disputes over pricing.
