Allocation of Certain Interest Shortfalls. For purposes of calculating the amount of the Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates, for any Distribution Date, (1) the aggregate amount of any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and any Relief Act Shortfalls incurred in respect of the Mortgage Loans for any Distribution Date shall be allocated first to the Excess Cashflow, and second, on a pro rata basis based on, and to the extent of, the gross Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for each such Class, among the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates and the Class B Certificates and (2) the aggregate amount of any Available Funds Cap Carryforward Amounts incurred for any Distribution Date shall be allocated to the Class X Certificates to the extent of the gross Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for that Class, after deduction of any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and any Relief Act Shortfalls.
