Allocation of Deliveries - Sole User. Where a Delivery Point is used on a Day only by User, User will, for the purposes of this Agreement, be deemed to have taken delivery of the total quantity of Gas determined as having been delivered from the Pipeline System at that Delivery Point on that Day.
