Allocation of Funding. Funding to the Provider is in accordance with the latest information from the following:
Allocation of Funding. Consistent with its Strategic Implementation Plan, to make available Go Sonoma funds to CITY for such Go Sonoma Roads Projects (also referred to as “GSR”) based on the formula set forth in Go Sonoma. AUTHORITY shall distribute such funds to CITY on a quarterly basis.
Allocation of Funding. The Collaboration Working Group will make recommendations about the allocation of the funding being provided for the various purposes described in section 6.1.

Allocation of Funding. Funding received from Canada under the GTF is advanced to municipalities before the expenditures for which they are intended are incurred. Funds flow annually in two installments, one in July and another in November, as long as all reporting and compliance requirements are met. Under the Amending Agreement, the formula for the distribution of gas tax funds is as follows: 90% of gas tax funding is allocated to all municipalities and Northern Affairs communities on a per capita basis; 9.5% to the Cities of Winnipeg and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ allocated on a per capita basis; 0.25% for the application-based Small Communities Transit Fund (SCTF); and 0.25% for provincial administrative costs.
Allocation of Funding a. As an Urban County, the County receives a direct allotment of CDBG funding from HUD. The annual funding will be distributed as follows:
i. A maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the allocation will be retained by the County for general administration.
ii. Up to fifteen percent (15%) will be set aside for Project Proposals for services.
iii. Up to sixty-five percent (65%) will be utilized for other eligible Project Proposals sponsored by participating cities and the County in the estimated allocations shown:
1. The City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall receive an allocation of approximately 3.8% of funding available for other eligible projects or $175,566 over the term of this Agreement.
2. The City of Greenfield will receive an allocation of approximately 11.882% of funding available for other eligible projects or $547,299 over the term of this Agreement.
3. The City of Marina will receive an allocation of approximately 9.8% of available funding for other eligible projects or $452,696 over the term of this Agreement.
4. The City of Sand City shall receive an allocation of approximately 1.7% of funding available for other eligible projects or $74,076 over the term of this Agreement.
5. The County of Monterey shall receive an allocation of approximately 36.6% of funding available for other eligible projects or $1,693,834 over the term of this Agreement.
iv. The allocations to the cities of Gonzales, Greenfield, Marina, Sand City, and the County shall be adjusted by the same percentage change in annual funding available from HUD.
b. Per the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), any non-revolving State CDBG Program Income held by UGLGs as of July 1, 2019, and all future Program Income received thereafter must be transferred to Urban County for exclusive use by the UGLG depositing the Program Income with the Urban County.
i. UGLGs are required to notify HCD that they are participating in the Urban County and will report all future CDBG Program Income through the Urban County.
ii. Program Income transferred to the Urban County by a UGLG will be added to the UGLG’s funding pool. If an UGLG elects to leave the Urban County, it must notify both the County and HCD of its intention to continue depositing CDBG Program Income with the Urban County for the Urban County’s sole use or entering into a new Program Income Reuse Agreement with HCD.

Allocation of Funding. 3.1 The period requested will normally be for 1 to 4 weeks with an extension beyond this being granted only in exceptional circumstances.
3.2 Forward Leeds will allocate funding based on the following: • a comprehensive assessment has been completed with the client • the client fulfils agreed health criteria • documented support of the client’s prescribing clinician (where being prescribed) • the proposed detoxification centre has accepted the referral and confirmed the number of nights required • there is evidence that an appropriate post-detoxification / rehabilitation package of care is in place including a structured plan for the client to access Forward Leeds support, pre and post detox • evidence that appropriate preparation work with the client has been undertaken prior to residential detoxification to provide optimum conditions for post detoxification, e.g. housing needs, named family/carer support etc.
3.3 Forward Leeds will develop a written policy which outlines a clear rationale for how applications for treatment will be prioritised.
3.4 The placement must be agreed by an internal panel led by a Forward Leeds senior manager, who will take both the client’s needs and the latest budget position into account.
Allocation of Funding. 60. The Board will develop and operate a resource allocation system. This system will take into account, inter alia:
(a) The priorities and needs of developing countries that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change, while taking into consideration the needs of climate-vulnerable communities;
(b) Considerations of the scale of impacts of particular climate events relative to the national circumstances, including but not limited to, response capacities of the impacted countries;
(c) The need to safeguard against the overconcentration of support provided by the Fund in any given country, group of countries or region;
(d) The best available data and information from entities such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and/or pertinent knowledge from Indigenous Peoples and vulnerable communities on exposure and sensitivity to the adverse effects of climate change and on loss and damage, recognizing that such data, information and knowledge may be limited for specific countries and regions;
(e) Estimates of recovery and reconstruction costs based on data and information from relevant entities, in particular national and/or regional entities, recognizing that such data or information may be limited for specific countries and regions;
(f) A minimum percentage allocation floor for the least developed countries and small island developing States.
61. The allocation system will be dynamic and will be reviewed by the Board.
Allocation of Funding. (a) Silex will provide $200,000 towards the costs of the Program in schedules 2 and 3 and, to that end, Silex must transfer to Isonics by wire transfer:
(i) $50,000 upon the signing of this agreement;
(ii) $50,000 within five Business Days after receipt by Silex of all of the Information which Isonics is required to provide pursuant to clause 3.1(a);
(iii) three further installments of $25,000 each, one of which is payable:
(A) on the first day of each Quarter if it receives a Report on the 21st day of the month immediately preceding that Quarter; or
(B) five Business Days after receipt of a Report by Silex if the Report is received on another date agreed by the parties as contemplated by clause 2.5(b); and
(iv) $25,000 on 1 April 2000 if Silex receives the final report referred to in clause 2.6 on 21 March 2000, or otherwise five Business Days after it receives that final report, and Isonics will fund the balance of the costs of the Program in schedules 2 and 3 unless additional funding is obtained pursuant to clause 4.3.
(b) Schedule 4 specifies the dates on which a Report must be provided to Silex and the date for transfer of moneys by wire transfer by Silex if the parties do not agree to amend those dates in accordance with clause 2.5(b).
(c) For the avoidance of doubt, the aggregate maximum amount payable by Silex to Isonics in relation to the Program is $200,000 (unless Silex agrees to contribute a higher sum).
(d) Silex acknowledges that some of the costs of the Program (including, in particular, the acquisition of certain testing materials) were incurred by Isonics prior to execution of this agreement.
(e) On the date of transfer of funds by Silex to Isonics, Silex will fax to Isonics a copy of the document which evidences that the telegraphic transfer has occurred. Isonics acknowledges that there may be a lapse of two or three Business Days between the date of telegraphic transfer of funds by Silex and the date of receipt of those funds by Isonics.
