Allocation of Overhead. The Borrower shall maintain a principal executive and administrative office through which its business is conducted, and, to the extent that the Borrower and any other Persons have offices in contiguous space, there shall be fair and appropriate allocation of overhead costs between them, and each such entity shall bear its fair share of such expenses.
