Allocation of Separate Tax Liabilities. Except as otherwise provided to the contrary, Taxes relating to Separate Returns shall be allocated as follows: (i) Bit Digital shall pay and be responsible for any and all Taxes due with respect to or required to be reported on any Bit Digital Separate Return for all taxable periods. (ii) White Fiber shall pay and be responsible for any and all Taxes due with respect to or required to be reported on any White Fiber Separate Return for all taxable periods.
