Common use of Allocation Platform Clause in Contracts

Allocation Platform. 1. The Allocation Platform shall undertake the allocation functions in accordance with these Allocation Rules, applicable European Union legislation or applicable legal acts of the Energy Community, and/or applicable national legislation. 2. For the purposes of these Allocation Rules the Allocation Platform shall be the party signing the Participation Agreement with the Registered Participant. 3. For the purpose of the Participation Agreement with the Registered Participant, the Allocation Platform shall publish a consolidated version of these Daily Allocation Rules thereto as they enter into force in accordance with the applicable national regulatory regimes. In case of a conflict between the consolidated version by the Allocation Platform and the Daily Capacity Allocation Rules including the annexes as entered into force in accordance with the applicable national regulatory regimes, the latter shall prevail.
