Common use of Allocation Procedure Clause in Contracts

Allocation Procedure. 9.1 Without prejudice to the provisions set forth in GC 10, the quantities allocated at the Delivery Point shall be the quantities of the Confirmed Daily Nominations. 9.2 Without prejudice to the provisions set forth in GC 10, the quantities at the Redelivery Point shall be the quantities of the Confirmed Daily Nominations.
