Common use of ALLOCATION TO RETROCESSIONAIRE Clause in Contracts

ALLOCATION TO RETROCESSIONAIRE. Retrocedant agrees that the retrocession contracts purchased by the reinsurance division of The St. ▇▇▇▇ ("ST. ▇▇▇▇ RE") from third party retrocessionaires ("THIRD PARTY RETROCESSIONAIRES") on behalf of Retrocedant prior to the Effective Time that are listed on Exhibit C hereto shall inure to the benefit of Retrocessionaire to the extent of liabilities covered under this Agreement ("INURING RETROCESSIONS"), subject to the agreed allocations in Exhibits D, E and F. It is further understood and agreed that facultative reinsurance not listed on Exhibit C but relating to the Reinsurance Contracts shall also inure to the benefit of Retrocessionaire to the extent of liabilities covered under this Agreement and shall be considered Inuring Retrocessions under this Agreement.

It is further understood and agreed that facultative reinsurance not listed on Exhibit C D but relating to the Reinsurance Contracts shall also inure to the benefit of Retrocessionaire to the extent of liabilities covered under this Agreement and shall be considered Inuring Retrocessions under this Agreement.

It is further understood and agreed that facultative reinsurance and other reinsurances not listed on Exhibit C A but relating to the Reinsurance Contracts shall also inure to the benefit of Retrocessionaire to the extent of liabilities covered under this Agreement and shall be considered Inuring Retrocessions under this Agreement.
