ALLOCATIONS, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS Sample Clauses

The "Allocations, Deposits and Payments" clause defines how financial transactions are managed between the parties under the agreement. It typically outlines the procedures for allocating funds, the requirements for making deposits, and the timing and method of payments. For example, it may specify when a deposit must be made to secure a service or how payments are to be distributed among multiple parties. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by establishing clear rules for handling money within the contractual relationship.
