Allocations to the Series 2009-B Noteholders. The Issuer shall, for each Date of Processing on or after the first day of the Monthly Period in which the Closing Date occurs, after giving effect to allocations in respect of Dealer Overconcentrations, Manufacturer Overconcentrations and Product Line Overconcentrations pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indenture, allocate to the Series 2009-B Noteholders the following amounts as set forth below:
