Common use of Allowable Breaks Clause in Contracts

Allowable Breaks. Has been out of the Company’s employ in excess of allowable breaks defined below: Length of Employee’s Over months to months Time equivalent to one-half length of service. Over months Time equivalent to length of service up to two years.
