Allowed Laytime. 7.5.1 Subject to Clause 7.5.2, the period of time (“Allowed Laytime”) allowed for the Operator to unload each LNG Vessel shall be as follows: Scheduled Cargo Size (m3) Allowed Laytime between 130,000 m3 – 150,000 m3 (both inclusive) 36 hours between 150,000 m3 – 170,000 m3 36 hours plus 1 hour per 8,000 m3 (or part thereof) in excess of 150,000 m3 Allowed Laytime shall begin to count upon the LNG Vessel being all fast alongside the FSRU and all lines connected at the FSRU Site. 7.5.2 Allowed Laytime shall be extended by any period of delay which is caused by one or more of the following: (a) the provision of any Ancillary Services; (b) any act or omission of any User Party, User’s LNG supplier or Transporter or master of an LNG Vessel; (c) breach of any obligations or undertakings by the User under this Agreement; (d) any inability of an LNG Vessel to unload at a rate equal to 8,000 m3 per hour; (e) the carrying out of Scheduled Works; (f) compliance or non-compliance by any person with the Terminal Operating Manual or regulations in effect at the Port (unless such delay is for reasons attributable to the FSRU or an Operator Party); (g) Adverse Weather Conditions; (h) any inability of an LNG Vessel to receive vapour return at the required rate; (i) any inability of an LNG Vessel to manage boil-off or vapour return by own means such as use of gas combustion unit (GCU) or steam dumping; (j) failure by the LNG Vessel to provide the necessary number of manifold connections; (k) an Event of Force Majeure; (l) lack of or insufficient natural gas off-take capacity; (m) failure to comply with the LNG Specification; and (n) any time lost as a result of any restriction imposed upon an LNG Vessel preventing it from departing from the FSRU (including tidal restrictions congestion, restrictions related to fog, current, wind, travelling outside daylight hours, or similar). 7.5.3 If Actual Laytime exceeds Allowed Laytime (as extended under Clause 7.5.2), the Operator shall reimburse the User for any demurrage payable by the User to the User’s relevant LNG supplier or relevant Transporter as a result thereof, up to an amount equal to the Demurrage Rate per day for such excess period, and pro rata for any partial day, and subject to a cap of five (5) days payable per one (1) event. 7.5.4 Save as provided under Clause 7.5.3, the Operator shall (to the greatest extent permitted by Applicable Laws) have no other liability under or in connection with this Agreement, with respe...
Allowed Laytime. The amount of Laytime allowed for Enterprise to load Product onto a Vessel shall be determined as follows (“Allowed Laytime”): 7.1.1 an amount of time determined by dividing the sum of the Nominated Volume plus any volume loaded in excess of the Nominated Volume for such Vessel by a loading rate of twelve thousand (12,000) Barrels of Product per hour; plus 7.1.2 an additional six (6) hours to prepare such Vessel for loading, including connecting loading arms and pre-inspection of such Vessel by the inspector; to prepare such Vessel for arrival or departure (as applicable), including disconnecting the loading arms and for the inspector or Houston Port Authority to release such Vessel; and to account for other standard operational requirements.

Allowed Laytime. 1. The Vessel shall be permitted thirty-six (36) running hours as allowed laytime for either loading or discharging a full Cargo. 2. Allowed Laytime. Except as otherwise agreed in writing, Seller shall have an Allowed Laytime of thirty-six (36) hours to complete the loading of the quantity of Oil nominated and accepted. In the event that an Agreed Lifting Program provides for loading of Buyer’s vessel at two (2) Loading Ports or Seller notifies Buyer pursuant to Article 10.1.4 that loading shall be at two (2) Loading Points within the Specified Loading Port, the Allowed Laytime at each Loading Port shall be determined by reference to the quantity of Oil to be loaded at each Loading Port in accordance with Exhibit 2. Used laytime or time on demurrage shall not commence at any Loading Port until six (6) hours after NOR is tendered at such Loading Port or when the vessel is All Fast, whichever occurs first. Used laytime and/or time on demurrage shall cease upon the disconnection of delivery hoses after the completion of loading at the relevant Loading Port; it being understood that the time consumed from the time at which delivery hoses are disconnected at the first Loading Port until the time that laytime and time on demurrage would commence at the second Loading Port pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.1 shall not be counted as used laytime or time on demurrage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that used laytime and time on demurrage shall restart if Cargo documentation has not been delivered to the Buyer’s vessel within four (4) hours after disconnection of hoses.
Allowed Laytime. BUYER shall be allowed a total laytime per delivery by Vessel of (i) thirty-six (36) hours for Vessels discharging 150,000 or more Barrels of Product or (ii) twenty-four (24) hours for Vessels discharging less than 150,000 Barrels for deliveries regardless of the number of Delivery Points.
Allowed Laytime. The Allowed Laytime for tankers loading up to 500,000 Barrels of Maya shall be thirty-six (36) hours. The Allowed Laytime for tankers loading more than 500,000 Barrels of Maya shall be the number of hours calculated as follows: Step 1: subtract 500,000 from the number of Barrels to be loaded; Step 2: multiply the amount calculated as provided in Step 1 by 0.0000272; Step 3: add 36 to the amount calculated as provided in Step 2; and Step 4: round the amount calculated as provided in Step 3 to the nearest whole number. Allowed Laytime shall cease upon the disconnection of delivery hoses after the completion of loading. In the event that Seller has agreed to load a tanker at a single Loading Port with Maya for both Buyer and one or more other customers of Seller, then (i) the Allowed Laytime for such loading shall be the Allowed Laytime applicable to the aggregate amount of Barrels loaded for Buyer and such other customer or customers and (ii) the time consumed in switching from loading for Buyer to loading for Seller's other customer or customers, or vice versa, shall not be counted as used laytime. In the event that an Agreed Lifting Program provides for loading of Buyer's tanker at two Loading Ports, or Seller notifies Buyer pursuant to Article 21.1 that loading shall be at two Loading Ports, the Allowed Laytime shall be the Allowed Laytime applicable to the aggregate amount of Maya to be loaded.
