Common use of ALPR Data Indemnification Clause in Contracts

ALPR Data Indemnification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UA against any damages, losses, liability, settlements and expenses (including without limitation costs and attorney’s fees) in connection with any claim or action that arises from Client’s sharing, use or access of ALPR Data in connection with its use of the System including, but not limited to, any claim that such action violates any applicable federal, state and/or local law, regulation and/or policy or third party right.
