Alteration or Removal Sample Clauses

The 'Alteration or Removal' clause defines the conditions under which changes or removals to certain items, structures, or provisions are permitted within an agreement or property. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to make alterations or remove fixtures, what approvals or notifications are required, and any limitations or obligations regarding restoration or compensation. Its core practical function is to prevent disputes by clearly establishing the rights and responsibilities related to modifications or removals, thereby ensuring both parties understand the process and consequences involved.
