Common use of Alterations, Modifications and Additions Clause in Contracts

Lessee, at its own expense, shall make alterations and modifications in and additions to the Aircraft as may be required to be made from time to time during the term of this Agreement under any applicable law regardless upon whom such requirements are, by their terms, nominally imposed.
