Common use of Alterations or Additions Clause in Contracts

Alterations or Additions. Alterations, modifications or additions to the leased premises shall not be made by Lessee without the prior written consent of ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees, however, that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not unreasonably withhold its consent. Any alterations or additions shall be done in a good and workmanlike manner and in compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulations with the cost thereof to be paid by the lessee. Consent for structural alterations or additions, shall be conditioned upon Lessee agreeing to completely remove same upon termination of the lease or to leave completely in place at ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s option. In the former event, Lessee shall remove such alteration or additions at the termination of the lease and repair any damage caused by such removal.
