ALTERNATE COMPENSATION PROGRAM. 236 A Benefit-eligible Employee scheduled to work twenty (20) or more hours per week who can verify that he/she has medical coverage from a source other than his/her benefited status with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Permanente shall have the option of voluntarily participating in the Alternate Compensation Program which includes a 20% differential in lieu of benefits (Statewide Appendix C).
