Alternate pricing structures. The alternate proposal shall be clearly identified under a separate tab with associated pricing structure changes as appropriate. It shall be submitted with the basic proposal that is in response to the specific requirements of the solicitation. Consideration of an alternate proposal shall be at the sole discretion of the County.
