Alternative Coverage. In the event that it may be possible to provide an alternative life insurance, dental coverage, or vision coverage as nearly comparable as possible to the benefits in effect on the date of this agreement without additional cost to the City or the employees, the City may substitute new insurance carriers. The Association will be given an opportunity to review the coverage afforded under such substitute plans before they are implemented.
