Alternative formula. The Employer, in Appendix B, may elect to modify this formula to read as follows: P(AB + (R x D)) - (R x D). For purposes of this alternative formula, "R" is the ratio of "AB" to the Participant's Employer-derived Account Balance immediately following the earlier distribution.
Alternative formula. A State may increase the percentage described in sub- paragraph (A)(ii) (and commensurately de- crease the percentage described in subpara- graph (A)(i)).
Alternative formula. The Employer, in Appendix B to its Adoption Agreement, may elect to use the alternative formula. If the Employer elects to use the alternative formula, then the Plan Administrator will establish a separate account for the Participant's Account Balance at the time of the distribution. At any relevant time following the distribution, the Plan Administrator will determine the Participant's Vested Account Balance in such separate account derived from Employer contributions in accordance with the following formula: P(AB + (R x D)) – (R x D). For purposes of this alternative formula, the terms in the preceding Paragraph have the same meaning and "R" is the ratio of "AB" to the Participant's Employer derived Account Balance immediately following the earlier distribution.
