Alternative Proposals Sample Clauses
The Alternative Proposals clause allows parties to submit different solutions or approaches in response to a request or requirement, rather than being limited to a single, specified method. For example, in procurement or contract negotiations, a supplier might propose an alternative product or service that meets the underlying needs in a different way, or a contractor may suggest a different timeline or process. This clause provides flexibility, encouraging innovation and potentially leading to better value or more efficient outcomes by not restricting parties to a single prescribed solution.
