Alternative. Bids 20.1 Unless otherwise specified in the BDS, alternative Bids shall not be considered. If submission of alternative Bid is allowed by BDS, a Bidder may submit an alternative Bid, but only if it also submits a Bid conforming to the ITB requirements. Where the conditions for its acceptance are met, or justifications are clearly established, UNDP reserves the right to award a contract based on an alternative Bid.
