AMD Fab Sample Clauses

The "AMD Fab" clause defines the specific requirements or conditions related to manufacturing facilities operated by AMD (Advanced Micro Devices). Typically, this clause outlines standards for production, quality control, or supply obligations that must be met when products are fabricated in AMD-owned or -operated plants. For example, it may specify compliance with certain technical specifications or delivery timelines unique to AMD's fabrication processes. The core function of this clause is to ensure that any products or components produced in AMD fabs meet agreed-upon standards, thereby reducing the risk of quality issues and clarifying responsibilities between contracting parties.
