Amended and Restated License Agreement. Concurrently with the execution of this Amended and Restated Research Agreement, Codexis and Shell shall enter into the Amended and Restated License Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule C, appended to and made part of this Amended and Restated Research Agreement.
