Amended and Restated License Agreement. This Amended and Restated License Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated December 10, 2010 (the “Amendment Effective Date”) is made by and between GlaxoSmithKline LLC, formerly known as SmithKline ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation (“GSK”), a Delaware limited liability company, and Unigene Laboratories, Inc. (“Unigene”), a Delaware corporation (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
