Common use of AMENDED MATURITY DATE Clause in Contracts

AMENDED MATURITY DATE. Section 5.1 of the Schedule to Loan Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: "Maturity Date (Section 5.1): The earlier of (i) August 31, 1995 or (ii) the Loan Termination Date"
