Common use of Amendment and Waiver Fee Clause in Contracts

Amendment and Waiver Fee. The Borrower shall, concurrently with the execution of this Amendment by the Required Lenders, pay to the Agent an amendment and waiver fee 31 in the amount of $500,000, which fee shall be promptly paid by the Agent to those Lenders who execute this Amendment on or before April 15, 1997 and shall be allocated to such Lenders pro rata based upon their Commitments.
