Amendment Authority. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit any member of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group, Newco Group or NetScout Group from amending or terminating any employee benefit plans, policies or compensation programs at any time on or after the Separation Date.
