Amendment Authority. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit any member of the Entergy Group, TransCo Group or ITC Group from amending or terminating any employee benefit plans, policies and compensation programs at any time on or after the Separation Date.
