Amendment Authority. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to prohibit any member of the WDC Group or Spinco Group from amending, terminating or otherwise modifying any employee benefit plans, policies or compensation programs in accordance with the terms thereof at any time prior to, on or after the Separation Date.
