Common use of Amendment by Mutual Consent Clause in Contracts

Amendment by Mutual Consent. The provisions of this Article 7 shall not prevent any Bond Owner from accepting any amendment as to the particular Bond held by him, provided that due notation thereof is made on such Bond.
