Amendment by OPIC. OPIC may at any time, acting reasonably, amend the requirements and approved insurance companies of this Schedule 6.05 due to (i) new information not known by OPIC on the first Disbursement date and which poses a material risk to the Project or (ii) changed circumstances after the first Disbursement date which in the reasonable judgment of OPIC renders such coverage materially inadequate.
