Common use of Amendment Criteria Clause in Contracts

Amendment Criteria. An amendment of this Agreement will occur when there is a change to the Department CEO’s purchasing intentions. An amendment for the purposes of this Agreement is a change to funding, to deliverables or to other requirements contained within this Agreement.
