Common use of Amendment Documentation Clause in Contracts

Amendment Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of Holdings and the Borrower, (ii) Lender Addenda, executed and delivered by the Continuing Term B Lenders executing the same and (iii) a counterpart of this Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Fronting Lender and each Revolving Credit Lender.
