Common use of Amendment Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Amendment Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective on the date (the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”) on which (a) the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Borrower, Parent and the Required Lenders; and (b) the Administrative Agent shall have received all fees and reimbursement of all expenses required to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Amendment Effectiveness. This The Amendment shall become effective on as of the first date (the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”) on which (a) the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received duly executed counterparts of this Amendment hereof that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Borrower, Parent Borrower and the Required Lenders; and (b) the Administrative Agent shall have received all fees and reimbursement of all expenses required to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Amendment Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective on the date when the following conditions are met or waived (the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”) on which ): (a) the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts a counterpart signature page of this Amendment that, when taken together, bear the signatures duly executed by each of the BorrowerLoan Parties, Parent the Agent, and the Lenders constituting the Required Lenders; and and (b) the Administrative Agent shall have received all fees and reimbursement of from the Borrower all expenses required to be paid by or reimbursed under Section 9.04(a) of the Borrower in connection with Credit Agreement for which invoices have been presented a reasonable period of time prior to the transactions contemplated hereby.Amendment No. 1

This Amendment shall become effective on and as of the first date (such date, the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”) on which (a) the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment thatAmendment, when taken together, bear the signatures duly executed by each of the BorrowerLoan Parties, Parent and the Required Lenders; and (b) the Administrative Agent shall have received all fees and reimbursement of all expenses required to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated herebyLenders constituting Required Lenders.

Amendment Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective on the date the following conditions are satisfied (the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”) on which ): (a) the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts from (A) the Borrower and (B) the Administrative Agent, a counterpart of this Amendment thatAmendment, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Borrower, Parent and the Required Lendersin each case duly executed by such party; and and (b) the Objection Deadline shall have passed without the Administrative Agent shall have having received all fees and reimbursement written notice of all expenses required to be paid by objection from Lenders comprising the Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated herebyRequired Lenders.

Amendment Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective on the date (the “Amendment No. 1 3 Effective Date”) on which (a) the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Borrower, Parent and the Required Lenders; and (b) the Administrative Agent shall have received all fees and reimbursement of all expenses required to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
