Common use of Amendment Fees Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower, on the Amendment No.2 Effective Date, for the account of each Lender, in immediately available funds, an amendment fee of 0.05% of each Lender's Commitment.

The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower, on the Amendment No.2 Effective No. 2 Execution Date, for the account of each Lender, in immediately available funds, an the amendment fee of 0.050.125% of each Lender's CommitmentLenders Commitment set forth in Section 4.15(e) of the Amended Credit Agreement.

The Administrative Agent Borrower shall have received from deposited with the Borrower, on the Amendment No.2 Effective DateAdministrative Agent, for the account of each LenderLender that enters into to this First Amendment, by delivery of a signature page at or prior to the time specified by the Administrative Agent, in immediately available funds, an amendment fee equal to one-fourth of 0.05% one percent (0.250%) of each an amount equal to such Lender's ’s Commitment, as reduced pursuant to Paragraph 1, above.
