Amendment, Modification and Supplement. Outstanding issues not in this Agreement shall be determined through consultation by the Parties. The Parties may amend and supplement this Agreement in writing. Any amendment and/or supplement to this Agreement duly signed by the Parties is an integral part of and has the same legal effect as this Agreement.
