Common use of Amendment; Modification Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Modification. In addition to applicable federal, state and local statutes and regulations, this Agreement expresses the entire understanding of the parties concerning all matters covered herein. No addition to, or alteration of, the terms of this Agreement, whether by written or verbal understanding of the parties, their officers, agents or employees, shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to this Agreement and formally approved by the parties.
