Common use of Amendment of Article Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Article. Any changes in the General Corporation Law of Delaware increasing, decreasing, amending, changing or otherwise effecting the indemnification of directors, officers, agents, or employees of the Corporation shall be incorporated by reference in this Article as of the date of such changes without further action by the Corporation, its Board of Directors, of Shareholders, it being the intention of this Article that directors, officers, agents and employees of the Corporation shall be indemnified to the maximum degree allowed by the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware at all times.
