Amendment of Article. 15 OF THE TREATY Article 15 of the Treaty is amended - (a) in paragraph 1, by inserting the word "and" immediately after subparagraph k); (b) in paragraph 2, by deleting "Commissions, and"; (c) in paragraph 3, by inserting immediately after "Executive Secretary" the words " and the Deputy Executive Secretary".
