Amendment of Certain Definitions. In Article I of the Agreement, the following definitions are amended as indicated: Portions of this Exhibit were omitted and have been filed separately with the Secretary of the Commission pursuant to the Company's application requesting confidential treatment under Rule 406 of the Securities Act. (a) The definition of "Milestone Grant Funding Plan" is deleted in its entirety and the following new definition is inserted in lieu thereof:
