Common use of Amendment of Clause Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Clause. 15.1(f) --------------------------- (f) will only apply in respect of a terminated agreement between an Affiliated Company of PRI and an Affiliated Company of Franchisee to the extent that such termination results from a breach of the agreement by the Affiliated Company of Franchisee. For the avoidance of doubt, Clause 15.1(f) will not apply in the event of the expiration of the term of any other agreement between PRI and Franchisee (or their respective Affiliated Companies).
