Amendment of Exhibit A to Second Amendment. In order to add the additional Cogent Fibers to the Interconnects in Sacramento, California as described in the above recitals, the parties hereby agree that Exhibit A of the Second Amendment is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A to this Amendment, which is attached hereto and made part hereof.
