Common use of Amendment of Existing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Existing Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and immediately following the assignments described in Section 4, the Existing Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the stricken text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and adding the inserted text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: inserted text) as set forth on the pages of the Receivables Purchase Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.
