Common use of Amendment of Rules Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Rules. NYMEX shall amend its Rules to the extent necessary or appropriate to permit the procedures outlined in this Section 8.7 and to permit CME Members and NYMEX Members to participate in any procedures set forth in such Rules on the same basis. CME shall also amend its Rules to the extent necessary or appropriate to permit the procedures outlined in this Section 8.7.

Amendment of Rules. NYMEX CME shall amend its Rules to the extent necessary or appropriate to permit the procedures outlined in this Section 8.7 8.6 and to permit CME Members members and NYMEX Members members to participate in any procedures set forth in such Rules on the same basis. CME NYMEX shall also amend its Rules to the extent necessary or appropriate to permit the procedures outlined in this Section 8.78.6.
